Challenge Maintenance is a trading name of the partnership of Mr. Trevor Passingham & Mrs. Janine Passingham. We are completely dedicated to total customer satisfaction, and most of our new customers are recommended to us by existing customers. We understand we have to provide an exceptional level of service and support for our products, to maintain and develop our business.

We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card numbers are encrypted by the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site or server.

All credit cards orders are automatically authorised by the merchant services provider (
SecureHosing) to ensure against fraud, irrespective of the amount.

To ensure you are shopping securely always look for the locked padlock in your browser to show you are buying over a secure internet connection. As an added aid you will see a padlock symbol in the banners of all purchasing areas that requires a secure connection.

 

All ordering information you provide as a user is transmitted to challengemaintenance.com for further processing by using data encryption. Credit card transactions are processed by SecureHosing. The data is encrypted using 128 Bit SSL technology, which is is the industry standard for secure connections on the internet used by most ecommerce sites including online banks.

This site is equipped with a certificate issued by the independent and globally accepted certification authority Comodo. This certificate labels secure and trustworthy sites, and also verifies our business trading address - click on the logo to the right for confirmation.




 

Making a purchase from our site is straightforward. Just browse our store, and click on the "add to basket" button below the desired product for any items that you wish to purchase, the software will then ask you to confirm a quantity for the product your wish to order and place them into the virtual shopping basket for you.

After you have finished shopping click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details concerning shipping address and delivery type that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

We accept secure credit card payment. We do not charge your card for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet. Please don' worry about the security aspect of our site. We have 128 bit secure connection in place when it all shopping areas when data is confidential.

Credit card sales are shipped as soon as items are ready to ship. Cheque sales will be shipped once the cheque has cleared into our bank account. All cheques should be made to "Challenge Maintenance"
 

Should you wish to return an item for a refund or exchange, please do so within 14 days. Unless faulty, goods must be returned in the original packaging and in a saleable condition.

When returning goods please remember include a copy of your receipt. If this is not possible, make sure that you include your name, address and a telephone number inside the package and please do not forget to tell us if you want a replacement or a refund. We will only refund the delivery cost if we have despatched damaged or incorrect goods. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

You will be responsible for any returned goods until they reach our store. Please make sure you get proof of postage as in the event of a lost package you will be responsible for claiming from Royal Mail. The Royal Mail compensation is limited to £26 sterling so if the value of goods you are returning is greater than this you may wish to consider using a recorded delivery service. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

 

We normally ship items by UPS courier on a UPS Standard Service, next business day delivery unless otherwise stated (more information of which is available from the UPS website). For your information deliveries can take place up to 17:00 next day.
 

For orders made from the UK 17.5% VAT is added. Orders made from the EC will be zero rated as long as an appropriate VAT number is given otherwise 17.5% VAT will be added. All other orders will be zero rated.
