Introduction
 

Established in 1989, Challenge Maintenance was formed to provide a solution to a major problem in the refrigeration industry, specifically the lack of specialised support for Refrigeration Contractors and users of refrigerated display cabinets.

Having negotiated exclusive rights with Termofrost in Sweden, we are today the sole supplier of their products in the UK and hold a substantial stock of replacement glass doors and spare parts from Termofrost and all other major manufacturers of this types of equipment.

With our dedicated and permanent team of experienced engineers, we are also able to offer a range of services such as Refrigerated Display Cabinet Multiplexing, Cabinet Cleaning, Cosmetic Repair, Preventative Maintenance, and Inspection on either a "Call Out" or "Annual Contract" basis.

From warehousing facilities in Nottingham, ninety percent of your orders can usually be supplied of the shelf with a guaranteed delivery before noon the next day and if fitting is required, this can normally be provided within forty-eight hours from your call.

Because we buy in bulk from stock, in addition to the arrangement with Termofrost we have negotiated discounted rates with all the major manufacturers in the USA and as a result are able to offer the same website prices without the long delivery times.

Where an item is in stock we will despatch it immediately by couriers, to any destination in the UK with a guaranteed delivery of "Next Day".


Where an item is in stock and requires fitting anywhere in the UK, one of our engineers will collect the part from our warehouse and carry out the repair within 48 hours of your order by arrangement with you.


Where an item is out of stock but available on our European database, we will have the product despatched to us by DHL and forwarded to you anywhere in the UK within 4 working days.
